Miss Sara Padroni is a Consultant Ophthalmologist and Cataract and Refractive Surgeon with expertise and leading knowledge in Cataract and Refractive Surgery, Complex Cataract Surgery and Post Refractive lens replacement.
Miss Padroni completed her medical degree in Rome in 1997 and moved to the UK the same year, getting training and Fellowships in Cataract Surgery at Moorfields Eye Hospital, followed by a Refractive Fellowship in Crete and a VR Fellowship at University Hospital of Leicester. She is a Member of the Royal College Ophthalmologists and of the American Academy of Ophthalmology.
Throughout her 20 year career, Miss Padroni has performed well over 8,500 Cataract surgeries and over 1000 Cataract refractive procedures with Multifocal, EDOF and Toric Intra ocular lenses. She joined Queen Anne Street Medical Centre in 2023 with its state of the art facilities and theatre to employ the latest technologies and techniques to ensure the best outcomes for her patients.
